Gift Card Terms & Conditions 🚗

1. What the gift card includes
This gift card entitles the recipient to One Elite Driver Training session with Coffs Coast Driving Academy (CCDA).

2. Expiry
Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Gift cards cannot be extended beyond their expiry date unless agreed by CCDA.

3. Booking your session
Bookings are required in advance and are subject to CCDA's available appointment times.

The gift card does not guarantee availability on a particular date or at a particular time.

When making a booking, the gift card number or code must be provided.

4. Cancellation and rescheduling
CCDA's standard cancellation and rescheduling policy applies to bookings made using a gift card.

If a booking is cancelled within the applicable cancellation period or the student does not attend the scheduled session, the gift card session may be considered redeemed.

5. Who can use the gift card?
Gift cards may be given or transferred to another person.

Gift cards cannot be resold.

6. Cash and refunds
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded simply because the purchaser or recipient has changed their mind.

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Lost or stolen gift cards
Please treat your gift card like cash.

If a gift card is lost or stolen, CCDA may be able to replace it where proof of purchase can be provided and the gift card has not already been redeemed. Replacement is at CCDA's discretion.

8. Use of the gift card
The gift card may only be redeemed for the Elite Driver Training session specified on the card.

It cannot be exchanged for a different service or converted into cash.

9. Driving licence requirements
The recipient must meet all relevant NSW requirements to participate in the driving lesson, including holding the appropriate valid learner or driver licence.

10. Other conditions
CCDA reserves the right to refuse redemption where there is reasonable evidence that a gift card has been altered, duplicated, obtained fraudulently or previously redeemed.

Gift cards remain subject to CCDA's standard booking, cancellation and lesson policies.
